Terms and Conditions

Description of Goods and Services

First Stop Car Essentials operates in the automotive spare parts industry, supplying both new aftermarket products and quality used parts stripped from accident-damaged vehicles.

Delivery Policy

Products are subject to availability. Once payment has been confirmed, orders will be shipped within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times may vary by region and typically take 2–7 working days after processing.
Customers will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once their order is dispatched.

First Stop Car Essentials uses The Courier Guy for deliveries.
Insurance on parcels must be requested before payment for an updated shipping fee.
We are not liable for damages caused during transit.

Important: Door glass and windscreen glass are shipped at your own risk and cannot be insured.

Pricing / Product Policy

All prices are subject to change based on stock availability, supplier costs, and market conditions.
Images are for reference only — actual products may differ slightly due to manufacturer variations or product updates.

Returns and Refund Policy

Products may be returned if they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

If the product received is defective or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.

Please note:

  • There are no returns or refunds on any electrical products, or any goods that are damaged or not in their original state.

  • Goods that are not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for a monetary return.

  • Goods that were correctly supplied (confirmed by sample picture) and later returned by the customer are subject to a 20% handling fee plus return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Any special requests accepted after this period will still incur a 20% handling fee plus shipping.

  • Refunds can take 5–7 working days to process. Once processed, funds can take an additional 24–48 hours to reflect depending on your bank.

Please ensure that the part you order is 100% compatible with your vehicle. If unsure, contact us and we’ll help confirm suitability before purchase.
